HOW TO MAKE JALAPENO POPPER PIZZA
Bringing the heat with a mash-up of two favorites to create an amazingly tasty dish for your Friday night or game day. Are you ready to experience the depth of deliciousness in a Dr. Bacon Jalapeno Popper Pizza?
Procedure: Dr. Bacon Jalapeno Popper Pizza

Necessary Supplies and Instruments
- Fresh pizza dough
- Four jalapenos
- Eight slices of bacon - cut into 1” pieces
- Bacon O.G. Spice Rub
- ¾ cup of chopped onion
- Two cloves of garlic
- 8oz of cream cheese
- ¼ cup of sour cream
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup of shredded cheddar
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and bake dough for five minutes.
Cook bacon in cast iron skillet. Save grease.
Cook onion in bacon grease until translucent.
Add garlic to pan until it browns.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together. Stir in Dr. Bacon O.G. Spice Rub until mix is spreadable.
Spread the mix over the dough and season with more Dr. Bacon O.G. Spice Rub.
Add mozzarella, shredded cheese, bacon and jalapeno slices.
Place pizza back in oven at 375 degrees until crust starts to brown and cheese is bubbly (around 25 mins).
